No prior meditation or breathwork experience is required.
For the run, I recommend bringing running shoes, water, a snack, a hat, sunscreen, and bug spray. If you prefer to join only for the meditation, just let us know at the start.
The route is around 6K. We will try to stay together as much as possible and ensure no one is left behind, but remember, you are ultimately responsible for your own safety.
