Whether you're new to meditation or returning after time away, this series will meet you exactly where you are.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Anchor your attention and reduce mental noise

  • Calm your nervous system through simple breathwork

  • Build emotional awareness without overwhelm

  • Integrate mindfulness into everyday life — without needing a perfect routine

Each week includes:

  • A guided meditation practice (10–20 min)

  • A short teaching on mindfulness & daily integration

  • Time for quiet reflection (no pressure to speak)

  • Weekly recordings + optional private chat support

You don’t need to turn your camera on. You don’t need to be good at this. You just need to show up — as you are.

👋 About the Instructor

I'm Chris Norris, MSW — a veteran, father, and meditation teacher who’s been through burnout and come out the other side.

This course is my way of giving back: creating a grounded, judgment-free space where we can slow down together and reconnect with what matters.
